Ron Crawford

ABOUT THE ARTIST

A graduate of the University of Calgary , with an Arts and Design degree from Red Deer College and a BFA from the University of Oklahoma, Ron Crawford is a long-time resident of Salt Spring Island where he is a well-known and admired painter and stone artist. He has been erecting stone monuments for the far future with such considerable works as the Standing Babas, The Act of Faith, and his latest creation Tree Necklace.
